Dr. Joseph Steven Kopecky, MD

My wife was very weak and dizzy. Her primary physician was not available. We obtained an appointment with Dr. Kopecky. After taking her blood pressure and making a blood test he diagnosed her with dehydration and low sodium level. He and his nurse Valerie stayed with my wife from 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. He had her interveniously hydrated with a sodium solution and restored her sodium level. The next day we had further tests made and we met with Dr. Kopecky. He informed us that her sodium level and blood pressure was normal. He advised her to drink liquids that had sodium and to salt her food. We cannot express our gratitude enough to Dr. Kopecky and his staff for their professional and caring services.

I just saw Dr.Kopecky today for the first time. He was very thorough, and in reviewing my medical record, he noticed things other doctors did not. Without talking down to me, he explained health issues to me in a way that was very understandable. My appointment with Dr. Kopecky was at the Kaiser facility in Thousand Oaks. The office staff was extremely efficient, courteous and well organized; the physical facility was clean and welcoming. Overall, this is one of the best experiences I've had with a physician, the staff, and medical office logistics. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great office and doctor!
