Dr. Levine corrected my WPW 12 years ago. It was a life changing event. I was diagnosed 25 years before and controlled with medication. I knew he was the doctor for me. He told me he pioneered this incredible procedure. Honest, confident, and caring, he clearly explained what my he thought may be causing my condition and how he could correct it. Thank you Dr. Levine for your talent and lifelong dedication to helping all people with arrhythmias.

Some of these reviews make me laugh. The man saves lives. You want someone to coddle you and kie to tell you its all going to be ok?? He will tell you the truth,good or bad. As a long time patient, when i do something stupid to put my health in danger, he YELLS at me. However, he is the same doctor that will have his office call every number they have for me if i am late to an appointment (cuz i am rarely late). He is the BEST in his field.

I had an ablation to remove my AFIB and Aflutter at St Francis. Thank you Dr Levine and the exceptional staff across the entire process! I was very impressed by the medical care and organization of the operations. There were so many different individuals that helped me before, during and after my procedure and everyone was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.

Dr Levine has been the doctor for a number of family members over the past few years. It is through his expertise that Dr Levine was able to correctly diagnose and lead each one on to a path of correct therapy and recovery. As busy as Dr Levine is, our experience has been that he makes time for his patience and their family members while performing the procedures as well explaining the details of what was done and what was to be expected afterwards. Dr. Levine is one of a kind. He was not afraid to perform my ablation and save my life despite the fact that I am unable to take blood thinners for long. I had atrial flutter and my heart was racing so fast that I was going into heart failure. After my ablation, 2 years ago, I am still in regular rhythm. Thank you again! I have been a patient of Dr Levine and he performed a successful ablation and I was so happy he chose to implant a linq type monitor. He was extremely personable and I found him to be one of the most knowledgeable and talented physician I have ever seen. He has taken a personal interest that goes above and beyond any expectation. He spent a lot of time explaining my options and had the patience to answer each of my questions. I travelled from Manhattan to see him and it was well worth it. There is a reason that he is named as one of the best doctors in New York and America.

At the first consult with Dr. Levine, I immediately felt that he was the wrong doctor for me. He didn't introduce himself, just walked into the office and placed a stethoscope on my chest. Placed a Linq heart monitor and despite having an appointment, I waited 90 minutes before being seen. Now, I am faced with a large bill. I did speak with Dr. Levine and Donna, billing manager before seeing the doctor and they assured me that my insurance would be accepted. I am putting this out there, so future patients can exercise caution.

Of course I was frightened after winding up in emergency room at st Francis. Dr Levine was away for the weekend but got in touch with me and assured me he would fit me in to his already busy schedule. First thing Monday morning his staff took such excellent care of me I felt reassured and knew I was being cared for by the very best

I had an ablation done for SVT. When I met Dr Levine for my consult I explained that I have extreme anxiety and could not do the ablation without something to alleviate my anxiety and would prefer to be asleep. He assured me that he would make me comfortable and gave me the name of an anesthesiologist that he thought would make the experience comfortable for me. Fast forward to the day of the surgery. I was very scared and feeling like I was going to have a full blown anxiety attack. I ask the anesthesiologist when they will give me something to help with my nerves. He tells me that Dr Levine does not want his ablation patients to have any kind of sedative because it makes it more difficult to find the arrhythmia. Then proceeds to tell me that he is going to place a central line in my neck and my groin with a shot of numbing agent. I spoke to Dr Levine about our initial consult and his agreement to make me comfortable during the procedure- he threw his hands up and says fine! You can… be asleep but it’s going to make this harder for me! Going into the cath lab was even worse. Sat on the table with two male nurses who proceeded to rip my gown off and push me down on the table so that could find where to place the catheters. I felt like a piece of meat in an assembly line. They wanted me in and out as fast as possible and Gave ZERO regard to the fact that I am a scared human being with feelings. I do believe that Dr Levine is a great doctor but his bedside manner and the experience with the ablation were extremely unpleasant and I hope to NEVER have to endure it again.
