We submitted an inquiry and left a message for help with our teen son. He left a voice msg then responded to our email. He made it sound like he was happy to help and asked what insurance we had (which has unlimited coverage for this service but is an HMO), he never responded again. Hard to believe someone who is supposed to be in the business of helping those in need would not even have the common courtesy to respond to a teen who is suffering and his parents are asking for help. He has been reported to our insurance. Go elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. McCullaugh since the loss of my only child. He has helped me overcome the roller coaster of emotions that a mother endures after such a tragic event. He is loyal, non-judgmental, and compassionate. In fact, I will go as far to say that I consider him a true friend. To those who need a truly honest and experienced psychologist, "Dr. Joe" will far exceed your expectations.

Attempted multiple times to schedule an appointment and he just simply did not respond. Very unprofessional.

I was going through court and a breakup lost my kid. Was incarcerated. Joe would drive hours to come see me while i was locked up. He gave my life hope in a dark time. Now i am out and doing great. Married. Working. Really happy. Praise YHWH.
