You can’t get the office to answer The phone to get help for non scheduled appointments as other have stated on reviews and he has to know. I went today stating I had a blood pressure spike today and was in the office and they would not even take my blood pressure, finding another doctor

Dr Moran can be very rude to patients. He talks down to his patients and demeans them. He will give you pretty much anything you want just to keep you coming back. Also hardly ever calls back if you have problem or questions.

Dr.Moran, and his staff Brandy, Tessa and the others are always pleasant and create a comfortable environment for me. Dr. Moran is Tops. Period!.He extremely knowledgeable, honest, caring, approachable, patient. I've never been one to get check ups but he encouraged me and I'm glad to call him my Doctor.

He has a good bedside manner and seems to be knowledgeable about medical problems, the appropriate treatments, but the problem with the practice is that it takes forever to check in, and have trouble getting a live person to talk to at this practice. When you call for an appointment or to ask a question, you have to wait at least 15 minutes, and you cannot get anyone to talk to about a medical question. Would have given a higher rating except for this. It seems to be a recurring problem with most Piedmont Healthcare doctors.

Fine dr. there is not one better. he keeps me going. if it was not for him i would not be able to get around. If I need him. Brandy will work me in. his helper the findes girl to look after me when I need help. Thanks to all. {BYE}
