Dr. Joseph A Murray

This isn't the first time that we have been to the Dexter ER, but not by choice. This last time was a terrible experience to say the least. My husband finially got in to a room and laid in the hospital bed in excrutiating pain for over three hours. The Dr. was sitting only 10 feet from the room we were in and for 2 hours, we could hear him talking about personal plans and what they were going to do that weekend and complete non-sense while he had an entire ER full of suffering patients to tend to. Dr. Murray finally stepped foot in the room. He came in, popped his gloves on, and clapped his hands at my husband and said VERY RUDELY, "Sit up, I can't look at you laying down!" I was absolutely in awe of how he treated my husband with so little respect and compassion. My husband could barely sit up, and the doctor just stood there and watched him struggling and never lifted a finger to help. I have seen vets treat animals with more sympathy! I wouldn't go back to Dr. Murray if he… was the last Dr. on earth. Seeing my family get treated with such disrespect will never happen again.
