Dr. Joseph Alberto Ottaviano, MD

I just recently saw Dr. Joe regarding a hearing issue. He is the consummate professional and is incredibly patient oriented. Very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile regarding patient needs. He was able to resolve my issue and enjoyed my conversation with him. He really is amazing!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else for my Health Care needs.

Hadn't seen a doctor in a few years and was nervous. Based on his online reviews, I made appointments for my husband and I. His office staff and nurses are cheerful, fun, and very professional. Dr. Ottaviano is wonderful, genuine, has great intuition, helpful and practical with decades of experience. He has the best "people skills" of any physician I have been to. He is not a pill pusher, but rather wants to get at the root cause of the problem and not mask symptoms. He diagnosed something rare and serious in my husband and the specialist referral was for one of the tops in the field. Dr. Ottaviano explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand causes, options and treatments. He truly listens to you and takes time with you.

If you are looking for a physician who listens to you and who explains things in detail without talking down to you, do not hesitate. You are not rushed through, and he is experienced, practical and professional with a very caring attitude. I also think highly of his staff.

Dr Ottaviano Listens well ,ask questions, remembers almost everything about previous visits and gives precise instructions.

I have been a patient of Dr O for 10 years. I have seen many staff changes. Dr O now has the best staff in all of the 10 years that he has been my Doctor. Yolanda, at the front desk seems to smile more, I think she has been with Dr O many years and has seen many changes. The doctor now has a very mature nurse that works with him in the office, she is a natural at her job! Shirley has brought new meaning as to how patients are treated. While speaking with a friend,( she is also a patient of Dr O) agrees that Dr O made a very good choice in hiring her. I no longer dread going to see Dr O because I now know that I am going to be greeted with a smile, as I sign in and then I will also be treated will total care and kindness from Shirley, then I am seen by Dr O, with whom I can only praise as he is a great listener and really cares. These 3 give the very best care, possible! I am so happy that Shirley joined Dr O and Yolanda, HUGE DIFFERENCE, and in the best possible way! I feel… such positive energy! I am so happy that Dr O has finally got the team that he deserves!

Excellent doctor been my doctor for a very long time, just needs too update his staff

been my doctor for a while now and is fantastic. I will agree that sometimes the office staff comes across a bit "brisk" but thats an unfortunate frequent thing these days. I have wited a bit longer lately then i have in the past..but nothing too extreme

I love Dr O. I used to avoid going to the Dr until a friend recommended Dr O. He is manner with patients is very good and he has quickly referred me to specialists on two occasions to address issues promptly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Office staff is horrible. Plan on finding a new doctor because of it. Doctor is great if you can get pass the front desk to see him.
