Dr. Joseph Bernard Ozenne, MD

Dr. Ozenne is very caring and goes the extra mile for his patients. He saw both of my parents in their home and he is truly missed.

This new receptionist that they hired Shevone she is the rudest person that has ever worked there. I had to wait till she finished texting on her phone. I was standing there for about 3 minutes and she said hold on and cut me off. I hope Myra comes back soon she was always quick, polite, courteous, friendly, and very easy going.

Dr. Ozenne is a special doctor. He is kind , personable, knowledgeable, and has social skills. However, I am about to find a new general practitioner because of his incompetent, rude, and seemingly unqualified office secretary. As the "voice" and "face" of his practice, she is not the right choice. She has put me on hold for 10 plus minutes just to check appointment availability and has twice now hung up the phone without exchanging polite and proper phone etiquette upon ending a conversation. I even called back just because I felt so annoyed with the fact that she "hung up" on me. I have one more sour interaction in me before I have to find another doctor. (I also agree with the above reviews that I miss Myrna!)

Dr. Ozenne is a great doctor, if only the office manager will stop changing the nurses so much. The new nurse Shevon that is covering for Myra is very loud and ghetto talking, she put me on hold for several minutes just to schedule an appointment, then the call got disconected and I tried calling back again and the phone rang several times. She is also very rude when having a conversation over the phone she said "Dr. Ozenne is very boked and has no available appointment for you the next available is in 4 weeks" My little nurse Myra will always fit me in or try her best to find a sooner appointment. I really miss Myra please have her come back soon she is the far the best nurse they ever hired.

AFTER YEARS OF HIGH BLOOD SUGARS DR.OZENNE GOT MY BLOOD SUGARS UNDER CONTROL. I BELIEVE HE HAS SAVED MY LIFE. OR AT LEAST GIVING ME MORE TIME TO INJOY MY GRAND KIDS AND A BETTER QUALITY LIFETHANK YOU DR.OZENNE

Dr. Ozenne is great doctor. However his new nurse Christian is very unprofessional and rude. I spend days and weeks without my blood pressure and diabetic medicine. I keeped calling and ask to talk to Dr. Ozenne she responded with a high voice that Dr. Ozenne does not talk to patient over the phone and that I needed an appointment to see him! she is very rude and does not deserve to work in a doctors office. I have never been treated like that over the phone in a doctors office. That is why I have change doctors office and glad that I did it. Is sad that Dr. Ozenne lost one patient because of his rude nurse.

Myra is not a friendly person nor is she very effecient. She has taken many messages but Dr ozenne never gets them. Also, I was very disappointed to hear that he had teamed up with Dr. Dube.

I have been a patient for over a year now. I have had excellent care! Dr Ozzene is a great communicator and also is willing to listen to your concerns. He never makes me feel rushed. Doug and Myra are great. I highly recommend this Practice!

I think Dr Ozenne is a very caring and thorough Dr but also had problems with his unprofessional staff. There are no procedures in place to follow through with proper care.

I keep calling the office for an appointment, but never get past Myra. I have asked her to have Dr. Ozenne call me with he has yet to return my call.
