Dr. Joseph Baxter Roberson, MD

Has gone from reputable compassionate to cold and money hungry place. He cancelled my appointment that I made to see him for severe vertigo when I wanted to make sure that it wasn't related to my stapedectomy that I had with him. When I called the office at 12:30 pm to talk with his assistant, she told me that they already "went home for the day", including the doctor himself !!!

Dr Roberson worked with my rare case of Granuloma Starting in 2000. He found issues which all other Doctors could not. Because of his knowledge and skills he saved my life on many occasions at Stanford Hospital. He detracted like no one else I have ever met. I'm forever in your debt. He is an amazing Doctor ð???ð???

Dr. Roberson saved my life and made it possible for me to live my life to the fullest. He is a very kind hearted compassionate man that is so talented and caring. He will always be my hero.

in my belief, Dr. Roberson only cares about money. seeing him is waste of $

This is one of the best doctor offices I have ever been to. The staff is has always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and compassion. The facilities are second to none. We have always felt like our questions were answered and our medical needs full filed. Wait times for our appointments have been shorter or similar to other doctor offices... IE they could be better, but I pretty much expect to wait 5 to 15 minutes for any dental or doctor appointment. They have free wifi in the waiting room, so I have been able to get some work done while waiting. All in all this is a great place if you have a need for specialized ENT healthcare. The other reviews of this place seem so different from my experiences that I felt compelled to write a positive review based on my experience over more than 10 years of being a patient at this office.

Dr. Roberson and his staff are amazing! He opened up my daughter's ear and built her an eardrum when she was almost 3 years old. His staff is so caring that she does not fear traveling to Palo Alto to see him. She actually talks highly of her nice doctor that has fixed her ear. I can't express how grateful we are to not only Dr. Roberson, but also Dr. Goldsztein, Cheryl, Justine and all of the other nice and very professional staff!

Great clinic and the doctors and nurses are great.

If you have an acoustic neuroma do not let Dr. Roberson operate on it. I live in a small town and there are 3 women whose faces have been paralyzed when he tried to remove the tumor. He left part of my tumor & I had to have it removed again although he had assured me that he had at least gotten all the tumor.
