Prostatectomy in 2002 - PSA still below 0.1 Roger Quigley

Was referred to Dr. Smith by a friend who also had prostate cancer and had his prostate robotically removed by Dr Smith. Following my surgery I had complications as part of my intestines was lodged in one of the holes in my abdomen from the robotic surgery. I chose robotic surgery in hopes that I would not have ED. Well. I have ED but I knew the risks.I was able to see Dr. Smith on follow up appointments for about the first 2 years following the surgery. after that I have only been able to see someone else in his practice. Perhaps this is a normal thing but Om not happy. Toward the end of May I was experiencing blood in my urine and his assistant suggested CT scan and bladder scan but was not able to schedule with Dr.Smith until the end of July. I was able to scheduled with another urologist in the practice in Mid June. At this last visit they took a urine sample to detect blood and check my PSA. So far I have not heard from then and it's been about a week. Overall I am not impressed

Consumate professional. Attentive, knowledgable, courteous. Highly respected. Highly recommended to anyone with urologic issues.

Absolutely no followup. I had the surgery and was sent home. When I called the office with my concerns only had a chance to speak with nurses who gave opposite advice from each other,
