Dr. Tartaglia is thoroughly professional and does a wonderful job of taking care of his patients. We found him to be of great help in complex cardiac emergencies and his ability to explain in simple terms was immensely appreciated.

Wrong diagnosis for me and a friend. office staff cold as ice. He is warm and friendly, but office is disorganized and equipment is outdated. It is hard to reach the office and when you do you feel like you are bothering them. Equipment gave me the wrong diagnosis and I worried a year about something I did not have. My friend was smart enough to have tests done somewhere else right away and found out she did not have a serious heart problem or any heart problem at all.
