Should be a 1/2 star. Run fast away from this medical person. He is passive-aggressive and condescending. Although in the Ascension location he is considered by colleagues to be "good". He said nasty sarcastic things before I went under for a nerve block. Nightmare.

I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received from Dr. William. His demeanor was unprofessional and aggressive from the moment he entered the room, making it nearly impossible to have a constructive conversation about my care. As a patient dealing with significant pain and facing major surgery, I expected a level of empathy and professionalism that was completely absent. I strongly suggest those seeking pain management look for a provider who prioritizes patient respect.

I went to see Dr. William approximately three years ago. I still haven’t forgotten the visit with him and the trauma it caused me. I was researching other doctors and happened upon his name and decided to write this review. He is very condescending and made very rude comments. He laughed at my pain and offered zero solutions. There are way too many doctors to choose from than to go to one that doesn’t care about your diseases or pain. He spent most of the visit saying that he was “an expert in orthopedics and sports medicine” and he was “universally recognized”. He had a God complex in my opinion. He certainly didn’t act like an expert and he has no bedside manner.
