Shockingly rude staff who actually hang up on their customers. They're not interested in getting people help. Very poor reflection on the doctor since he hires these individuals.

Dr. Weng is highly educated (with both an M.D. plus a related Ph.D. from USC) and is competent, with stellar a hospital affiliation (Huntington Memorial Pasadena), yet is the most humble doctor I've ever met. I have never seen him let ego get in the way of professionalism and service. He is compassionate, and works with practical wisdom within the constraints of a patient's realistic financial situation. He is also amazingly accessible, taking walk-ins and promptly returning urgent calls. His medical practice is personalized, with a caring and human aspect, and helpful staff. He also refers to a circle of carefully chosen specialists who obviously respect him. Dr. Weng is a rare gem!

I highly recommend Dr. Weng. He is up-to-date with current treatment and management planning. He also listens and ensures patients understand his assessments and plannings.

I went in with a referral and test results. The doc looked at the tests and told me he couldn't help me. He didn't want to listen, discuss the test results or contemplate that I may actually need medical care. He ordered some tests, saying "well, they'll all come back negative." I had a follow-up appointment, which I cancelled. The tests did not come back all negative but I wouldn't have him pay me to go back to him.
