Dr. Dines was everything I could have hoped for in a surgeon. Incredible bed side manner, kind, communicative and performed my surgery beautifully. I had a quick recovery and he was always available for follow up questions.

Dr. Dines performed an arthroscopy to repair a significant labral tear in my left shoulder in April. I cannot recommend him enough. He and his team were as competent, efficient, and kind as its gets. After just a few months of physical therapy, my shoulder is feeling good as new!

Dr Dines is my favorite doctor on the planet. I had a very complicated shoulder issue and after several other shoulder surgeries, I saw Dr Dines for a total reverse shoulder replacement. Putting aside that he is a brilliant surgeon, Dr Dines is direct, funny and encouraging. He was instrumental in helping me through a very difficult time. I am finally out of pain and back to being active! I feel blessed that he was my surgeon.

I was so fortunate to have found Dr. Dines. It’s an extremely difficult time when you’re injured and realize you need a surgical procedure. But, the moment you meet Dr. Dines, you know if anyone is going to get you back to where you want to be, it’s him. When Dr. Dines walks into a room, it’s as though an astronaut walked in. He precisely and clearly explains everything in a positive manner and it’s contagious. It’s very apparent, this is an extremely talented surgeon. Dr. Dines put all my worries at ease, because he is such a brilliant, compassionate doctor. This all only gets better when you combine Dr. Dines with his HSS team. Literally, every aspect, pre surgical, surgical and post surgical went perfectly. All of the workers and support crew made you feel special. This entire staff know what to do and seem very happy to be working at HSS. I’m truly grateful and thankful that I chose Dr. Dines and HSS.

My mother had surgery at Hospital for Special Surgery today with Dr. Joshua Dines. He was great can't say enough about the nursing staff and whole team!

Dr. Joshua Dines is the only doctor anyone should use for the injuries he covers. His office staff is a little rough around the edges but they do get what needs to be done done in the end so they are not too bad. However any stress you may have to endure because of the office staff is quickly relieved when you talk to Dr. Josh himself. He is a completely professional and extremely knowledgeable doctor and I would not hesitate a second going back to him. Do yourself and your body a favor and have doctor joshua dines fix whatever is wrong. The only regret I have with Dr. Dines is he only specializes in injuries of the shoulder,elbow, knee, and ankle I believe. Other than that he is definitely a god send!! He performs his surgeries out of the Hospital For Special Surgery and it is an awesome place to get surgery done. The staff is intuned 100% to make sure you are comfortable and your pain is controlled. It definitely is a first class experience all the way.

I would hightly recommend Dr. Dines!! He's a very caring doctor, highly experienced, and very generous with his time. He performed shoulder surgery on my daughter at HSS and we couldn't be happier with the care that our daughter received. Excellent Doctor and human being!
