Dr. Joshua Levine, MD

I had a great experience with Dr. Levine and his team on a recent septoplasty/turbinate reduction surgery. Pre-op appointment, surgery and post-op appointment were all on time. Dr. Levine was direct and to the point and made sure all my questions were answered thoroughly. One of the most positive experiences I had, was when he came to speak with me prior to going into to the OR where I had asked about the length of the procedure. He stated the estimated time of the surgery but also stated “it will take as long as it does until the results are perfect.” This put me at ease and I had full confidence in my choice to have Dr. Levine operate on me.

Avoid this man. Period. He doesn’t listen to what you have to say or pretend to care. He’s the kind of person that asks you what you’re experiencing only to interrupt you after two words to tell you what your answers is even though it’s not even close. Had trouble sleeping early on with CPAP on and would take the mask off after a couple hours so I could try and get some sleep. In a follow up call he said “your numbers look good” and I explained to him clearly and repeatedly that any data being collected was while I was awake because I was having a hard time getting used to the mask only to get “well, your numbers look good.” What’s more, he told my insurance company that my “numbers were good” and that I essentially didn’t have sleep apnea so they didn’t cover it and I had to pay for my treatment out of pocket. Thanks for nothing, doctor.

Great Doctor.- I really like Dr. Levine. Have seen him for 7 years. Clear and to the point. Always on time. Listens to me.

3 rd time in 10 years with 3 different drs! Convenience, Being desperate Thinking it would b better! NOT!!! He is so rude rolling his eyes as you were talking like blah blah blah! Arrogance!!!!!! Reception hate there job with unfriendly welcome and pissy attitude!! They need to team up with Blakeney Family Physician for training on how to listen and b courteous to patients!!

I've been using Dr. Levine since he began practice in our area. I am not easily impressed by doctors in general, but will say Dr. Levine is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough doctor I've ever been afforded the opportunity to deal with. Dr. Levine is at the age he keeps up with the newest technology in his field, but has also been in practice long enough to have a great deal of experience. I would recommend Dr. Levine above any doctor in his specific field I've had association with in my 65 years.

Dr. Levin is one of the best Oto. I have ever visited. He is personable, well informed, detailed and just a pleasure to visit. He took care of my Grandson and was successful in the surgery where another was not.
