Joshua K. Rim, MD

Dr. Joshua Rim is a neurologist who specializes in neuromuscular medicine, focusing on conditions that affect the nerves, muscles, and the connections between them. He completed his medical education at SUNY Upstate Medical Center before pursuing his residency training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Dr. Rim furthered his expertise through fellowship training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he gained specialized knowledge in neuromuscular disorders. He speaks English with his patients.

Dr. Rim practices at Montefiore Medical Center and The Children's Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, New York. His clinical expertise includes treating patients with weakness and back pain, including back pain experienced during pregnancy. He performs electromyogram and nerve conduction studies to diagnose nerve and muscle conditions. Dr. Rim also provides physical therapy guidance and strength training programs to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
