Stay away from this doctor, I almost lost my life because of his unprofessionalism. I was referred to him for a sinus bradycardia. Dr Stern did the study and sent me home with the wrong diagnoses. I tried to get a second opinion with 3 different doctors but because of his affiliation with SFH the doctors didn't give me a thorough check up. I suffered and wasn't able to get help for a year. A year later I was rushed to different hospital in critical condition and got a pacemaker.

Excellent surgeon, called 3 times before and after surgery. Nothing but a great experience. A+++

I could fill pages as to why I say this is the worst doctor I ever encountered. He never came to my room before surgery, had me sign release forms when I was in the operating room, tried to have me sign additional release forms at my office visit after surgery, accidentally punctured my lung. There are a lot better doctors around, skip this one. One last point, the practice is located on the grounds of St. Francis Hospital but they are not part of St. Francis. They just rent space.

Excellent & extremely knowledgeable courteous physician. Very attentive to my long & complicated medical history. Looking forward to my follow up visits & him involved with my care.

This is one of those Drs that never calls you back, doesn’t take the time to brief himself on your file before he sees you , or even seems remotely interested in why you’re there . I was referred to him by my primary Dr to follow sinus bradycardia , he suggested a cardiac mri which I had. I had to call literally 4xs and leave messages with his secretary who DOESNT call back . Still days later no Phone call to go over results which I received 2 hours after test . I’m glad I don’t have emergency Heart problems like others . Total disgrace totally disorganized office and I’m being kind . Missing paperwork , poor excuses. If you’re here reading this find. A better Dr!

Dr. Stern is an outstanding doctor who takes his time to both explain my diagnosis, my options for treatment, what treatment he recommends, and why.

I left 5 messages for Dr. Stern with no response from his offfice or him. Needed information about a surgery and whether a pace maker he installed needed to be turned off for surgery. VERY important information needed and NO response from his office. Horrible !!!!!
