Dr Alvarez did a total hip replacement on me. I needed no pain pills afterwards and recovered very quickly. I was walking with a cane ten days later and I’m 72! He also lengthened my leg to match the other one so I can walk without lifts in my shoes for the first time in 25 years!

I have heard horror stories regarding knee replacements. I am a month out very pleased with my progress. I am walking normally with little or no discomfort. Dr Alvarez surgery and follow up was extraordinary. I will have no hesitation in having Dr. Alvarez preforming a knee replacement surgery on my left knee if and when necessary

Could not have asked for a better more caring doctor than Dr Alvarez and his staff. On all my appointments with the Doctor and his staff I encountered very little wait time and always that smile you needed to see.. So, after many visits with injections and finally the total replacements on both knees, I can say 1 year after surgery I am a very happy man. As Doctor Alvarez smiled and said see you in 3 years for a check up, I said see you for my Shoulders. Where else would I go but Florida Joint and Spine

When I moved to this area a few months ago, a neighbor recommended Dr. Alvarez. I have been to him several times and my husband saw him twice recently. We really like and trust him and have already recommended him to others.
