vale la pena esperar, es un medico exelente porque se toma el tiempo con el paciente, yo he estado viendome con el desde el 2010, / worth the time to wait, excellent Doctor, spend time with his patients.

very professional, my grandmother has gone through several doctors and no one has taken the time,none has send her studies or wanted to refer to orthopedic and pulmonologist at last we came up with this doctor, we are very happy, it's a shame, but today is not easy to find doctors as dedicated and who care about patients

Personal en la reception no tienen educacion ni cortesia con los pacientes deben de tomar clases para tratar mejor el paciente el medico puede ser bueno pero con personas asi en la reception no quedan ganas de volver

GETTING AN APPT WAS NOT EASY AT ALL, I WAS TOLD BY TWO DIFFERENT GIRLS THAT UNLESS THEY HAD MY RECORDS THE DOCTOR WOULDN'T SEE ME. I WAITED A WHOLE MONTH FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK. I DID HOWEVER LIKE THE GIRL THAT SITS UP FRONT,SHE IS VERY POLITE AND CURTEOUS DISPITE ALL THE MADNESS GOING IN THE OFFICE,SHE EXPLAINED WHERE I HAD TO GO FOR ALL MY TESTS AND SUGGESTED SPECIALISTS THAT THE DOCTOR APPROVES. ALTHOUGH THE DOCTOR HAS A HEAVY SPANISH ACCENT, HE IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT HE DIDN'T RUSH WITH ME, HE TOOK HIS TIME TO CHECK ME FROM HEAD TO TOE,IM 48 YRS OLD AND I HAD NEVER BEEN TREATED BY A DOCTOR THAT WAY. MY ONLY DISLIKE WAS THE MALE NURSE THAT CALLS PEOPLE TO THE BACK. HE SHOWS VERY LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM, HE CURSED TWICE WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE WAITING TO BE PUT IN THE ROOM. I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE BUT OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD.

The Staff is very rude and not polite at all. Very sad because he is a great Dr. but due to the ladies that work there I have decided not to go back. I ran out of medication and called to asked for a refill to cover me for 5 days before my app. and they would not give me a refill; told me if i didn't like it like that to find a different doctor!!! so that's exactly what I did...

4 Hours Wait TimeOverly Angry Staff uses profanity towards patients.Arrived to my 10:00 Am Appointment at 9:45 and it was 2:00 Pm and had to go home without seen doctor, when asked front office clerk to reschedule she acted as if I offended her , finally went home without having the opportunity to see the doctor after a 4 hour wait. But what hurt the most is how patients were treated by front office staff. Great doctor but horrible and angry front office staff.
