"My mother was a patient of his for 11 years and in that time he failed to diagnose my mother w Rigid Parkinsons.The last month before she died he had a lighting moment and said that she was having Parkinsonism( a term that that still doesn't define totally the disease) he prescribed her w Levodopa,my mother was walking hunched over and holding from the walls ,she couldn't lift up her feet ( typical signs of Parkinsons) and with these symptoms this doctor couldn't diagnose her properly instead he would scold her that she was lazy person and didn't want to do anything about exercising.Due to the lack of following up with her ( the patient) the right dosage of Levodopa she collapsed in the bathroom and broke 5 ribs that got encrusted in her lungs and the poor woman died 2 days later. Please don't bother w this doctor besides lacking medical knowledge his bedside manners are the worst that you can find.I gave him one star and is too much.The doctor is terrible." February 1, 2025

The Doctor is truly great; however, the front office staff is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I had scheduled my appointment 2 1/2 months in advance and the day prior to the appointment they left a voice message stating the appointment had been moved from 3:30 pm to 2pm. I called them back stating I could not move my appointment as I had already notified my workplace 2 months ago that I had an appointment at 3:30pm, they asked if I could come in at 3 pm to fill out the paperwork and I said I would try my best. The day off, I get a call from them at 2:55 pm telling me that if I was not there by 3 pm my appointment would be canceled, I arrived at 3 pm although my appointment was at 3:30 pm to fill out the paperwork. Although, I had an appointment at 3:30 pm and they were rushing me to get there the Dr did not see me until almost 4 pm. Once I was done with the doctor the front office schedules an EMG test and a Nerve Conduction order test which are performed at their facility. I… receive a voicemail from Ivette 3 days later stating that I need to go somewhere else to get the test done as my insurance would not cover the tests based on my plan. I found this very odd as this Doctor is within my network so I decided to call my insurance and THEY DO cover these tests. I then call them back to let them now and Elda tells me that she is not sure and that I must speak to Ivette; however, she is out the office and it was 3 pm. Again, great Doctor but horrible/ uneducated office staff. I was promised a call and never got one!
