She has no people skills and her bedside manners were never learned. She is rude and lacks empathy.

Epic fail. Came close to death because of this poor listener, arrogant, dismissive, pathetic clinician. Told me to do yoga if I couldn't sleep, and to see a mid level if my chest wall continued to swell. Turned out I had a known adverse reaction to the oral chemo, a plural and pericardial effusion. Went undetected for 8 months while I complained of multiple symptoms, especially extreme shortness of breath. Sought new providers who hospitalized me and saved my life. Save yourself. Get far away from this extremely limited practitioner.

Condescending, I had to drag answers out of her, non empathetic. After two years I have gone elsewhere.

I was referred to NM Cancer center due to extreme Anemia, as well as other blood issues needing addressing. I wanted a female Dr. Saw Dr Sidhu. She spent about 10 mins with me the first visit looking over past labs, wondering why I was not referred sooner. Didn't say anything about doing anything further then labs. This was post ER after fainting 4 days prior due to low blood levels. She got my results back and immediately called 911 for transport to the ER for a blood transfusion. Not asking me, or telling me beforehand. I ended up having my ride take me there instead. The next visit I had with her was months later. She spent 5 mins with me. Got upset that labs had been being done on me so often. Yet I had been having bacterial infections right after the other, drops in ferritin needing infusion treatments, very low ANC and WBC. She did not have any plan of figuring out a diagnosis, or doing anything for me. Was incredibly rude and rushed me out. Mind you, EVERY single visit, she… NEVER did a physical exam. She is there for a paycheck. Not at all to help patients. I have had her removed from my case. Which they tried telling me I could not do. I was pushed to schedule with a Dr I refused to be seen with. They did it anyway. I am in the process of a switch from NM Cancer Center to Lovelace Cancer Center. The CNPs Karen DeGeneve and Willow Durand are awesome though. Only thing keeping me there.

I visited Dr. Sidhu earlier this year to treat my cancer. The two visits I had with Dr. Sidhu were both unsatisfactory. Dr. Sidhu was rude, lacked empathy, and she was condescending and demeaning when I would ask questions about my health. Needless to say, after two visits, I went to another cancer treatment center where the service has been exceptional.

Dr Sidhu was very pleasant and thorough in her review of potential problems. She assured me early into the exam that I did not have cancer. She did request specific blood work and exams to figure out exactly was causing my symptoms. The entire scheduling, registration and final financial aspect was again thorough, the staff I encountered were pleasant and personable. It seemed as though this is a well oiled organization.

She disn't seem to care or listen and downplayed my symptoms. As a patient I am deeply hurt after putting up with such unsatisfactory service for almost a year. Look elsewhere first...

Dr. Sidhu is an excellent Oncologist. She genuinely cares, and goes the extra mile for her patients. Her staff is professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend her!
