Dr. Julia Marie Lagow

Very rushed, not willing to spend time with her patient, does not like patient asking questions

She is such an experienced doctor I have ever come across, very friendly and patient too....would recommend to every woman..

I'm a very heavy woman and Dr. Lagow is very tiny, yet I felt no judgment due to my weight - this is unusual, most doctors are very rude to me about it. She performed a surgical procedure on me and I had no problems whatsoever. I went for my followup on the wrong day (duh) and the office was able to fit me in quickly despite my error. Overall good experience.

Dr. Lagow is fine for basic OB-GYN needs. She is also a surgeon, and I cannot recommend her surgical skills whatsoever. She removed a Bartholin gland cyst for me, and the operation was not performed in the manner she described to me. As a result, my labia is disfigured and there is painful scar tissue inside my vagina. I regret this surgery everyday of my life.

I was referred to Dr. Lagow after an abnormal pap test. She spent a lot of time explaining my results and next steps. She is very gentle during exams, which is important to me as pelvic exams have always been painful for me. She will be performing a minor surgery on me soon and I am confident about the outcome because she performs surgeries three days a week. I would recommend her to anyone in search of a gynecologist.

I recommend everyone to Dr. Lagow. She is very compassionate and takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed at my appointment. Dr. Lagow has performed two surgeries on me and she is an excellent surgeon.
