Dr. Juliana Mary Gazallo, MD

The absolute WORST doctor I’ve ever been treated by. I usually don’t care to bad mouth employees and physicians, but this lady is the exception. Right off the bat one can tell that she is an egotistical, arrogant, unattached, impatient, and stingy individual— let alone an even worst physician. She treats her patients as if they are frivolous, and she makes it crystal clear that she is indifferent to their needs. Her exact words to me after I had just vulnerably opened up to her about a personal issue that she was allegedly trained to help treat: “You just wasted 16 minutes of my time.” An expression I’ll never forget in my life. Throughout my entire PAID FOR appointment (which was supposed to be an hour, but only lasted 20 mins because she would shut me off every time I would speak) I could tell she didn’t want to listen to me, treat me, see me… and I could go on. I would NEVER recommend anyone to her. She undoubtedly doesn’t deserve her title, and a “doctor” like her should get… terminated from practicing medicine. I suggest that invests more time in her real estate career, as she is not suited to be a doctor whatsoever.

Kaiser itself is a hot mess, but Dr. Gazallo is absolutely fantastic and a far cry from my first primary doctor at Kaiser. Dr. Gazallo should be the CEO and show the rest of the Kaiser staff how to care for patients.
