Dr. Julie Glener, MD

I came in today to see Dr. Glener for a collis wrist fracture. I am very pleased with her bedside manner. She takes the time with her patience and explains everything very thoroughly. I’m very happy with my medical care and she is very kind .

I came out knowing no more than when I went in and im still in alot of pain

Horrible,She talks to patients as if they're invalids, the redundancy in her questions speaks volumes as to how she listens and intakes what her patients are saying. It's as if you're speaking to yourself.. Made assumptions as to my feelings and emotional mindstate when i finally got tired of repeating myself to her about my symptoms. Made me feel as if i was taking up her time, yet i still had to ask to be provided with some sort of remedy(prescription) a 2nd opinion is recommended to whomever visits her simply because the professionalism isn't there. Last but not the least her staff and cohorts acknowledge that they know about her impotence as well as her attitude which makes the feeling even more worse as her patient simply because they know she's just there for her paycheck and not to help us as patients..i wouldn't recommend her to anybody that loves themselves nor my worse enemy.

I’ve been coming here for many many years and this is the first time that I saw this provider and she was very rude. I’ve never been talked to so rudely the way that she talk to me. She asked me a question if I had ever seen a RA doctor before and I tried to explain to her that I see another doctor here and that he had tried to send over a RA referral, but it was rejected for some reason, but she said she didn’t know who he was and that it didn’t matter she’s very rude and unprofessional. then I’m trying to explain to her. the different feelings and pains in my hand and she’s like oh well I don’t understand what you’re trying to say only thing I have to say is don’t waste your time to see her .I know she has to be to be a new provider. I’ve seen many different providers at this location and i’ve never had a problem whatsoever. I feel like if she would have listened to what I was saying about talking to my other doctor then she would’ve understood what I was saying about the referral… because the referral that got sent over yesterday they are not accepting new patients and their phone number don’t work .I had to do the research myself also I feel like before you come to your appointment that the provider should look into your records and see what you’ve been seen for and what you’re going through so maybe they can see what’s going on with your health and the overview of what you’re going through she didn’t know anything because if she looked into my records then she would know that I was supposed to see an RA doctor, but my referral was denied. Everyone else at this facility has been great and the only reason why I gave one Star is because you have to choose one. I wouldn’t have chosen none.

Dr. Glener is very personable, explains well and makes sure the problem is understood with recommendations for treatment.
