This doctor not help anything just go around circle when you need help. If you need her she try to binding don't talk. Hope you find someone better this this Doctor

Recently I received a letter from my insurance company that my medical group and Dr. Hwynn will no longer accept my insurance plan in the next month or so and I was assigned to another medical group with another doctor!I was shocked! I've been with Dr. Hwynn for the past FIVE years! Five years ago I searched and I chose Dr. Hwynn to be my primary care doctor. What a GREAT decision that turned out to be! I've never had any doctor who was so friendly, so open, and so easy to talk to. I could ask her about anything, and I mean, ANYTHING. She answered my questions honestly and openly. She always offered suggestions and is always insighful. She has GREAT bedside manners. One time I was stressed about school and life in general, my acne flared up uncontrollably. Although my visit was for another purpose, she noticed my breakouts and offered prescription products which were mostly paid for by my insurance! I had been a loyal Proactive user and didn't know anything else. With the… medications she prescribed me, my face was clear within a matter of a week!Once I asked her about contraceptive options, she offered me different choices available, told me the pros and cons, gave me samples and offered advice that was down to earth and realistic in terms of preventing STDs. My main goal was preventing pregnancy, so I totally didn't think about STDs, which of course, is SO important.I was online searching for another doctor instead going to the one that I was assigned to by my insurance plan and stumbled onto this website. I just wanted to put in my 2 cents. I will miss having Dr. Hwynn as my PCP in the very near future, but I hope to go back to her the minute I have a different insurance plan that her office accepts.

This is the 4th time visiting Dr. Hwynn and I will never go back again. The first 3 times I believe I have been misdiagnosed with the common cold, when I actually had a bacteria infection. Each of the 3 times I had a mild fever, dark yellow phlegm, and it took over a week to get better. Each time doctor only prescribed to me a nasal spray and cough suppressant, when I should have been given an expectorant to rid myself of the mucus.This 4th, and last time, was much worse. I came to her office with a 100.4 fever, sinus congestion, yellow phlegm, and cough. She still would not prescribe to me an antibiotic claiming I only have a cold, and antibiotics are only for pneumonia! She assured me that if I was not getting better in the next few days she would give me antibiotics.That night after my visit, my temperature rose to 102.4 even though I was taking Ibuprofen regularly for the past 2 days due to my fever. It would not come down. After calling back the doctor's office when they opened… that morning, they kept insisting I was fine when I saw the doctor and I don't need antibiotics!The staff and the doctor was not helpful and uncooperative, and uncaring. After being transferred 3 times, phone tag, and arguing starting at 9 am when the office opened - I finally got my antibiotics at 1:00 pm.HORRIBLE!!
