A native to Wisconsin (go Badgers), I've had the opportunity to live and practice in a variety of outpatient settings throughout the country. I graduated from Marymount University in rlington, VA, in 2010 and practiced for 5 years before working as a staff PT at the University of California-Davis Student Health and Counseling Center. I began treating women's health and pelvic floor dysfunction in 2016, and I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2022. s a former competitive triathlete, I have a passion for activity and the outdoors and you can often find me running or biking with dogs or kids in tow!To me, patient care is multi-factorial and encompasses the whole person, not merely the affected body part. I strongly believe that successful therapy requires the patient to be an active participant in their care.
