I am so grateful to have found Julie Neumaan at the Bone and Joint Clinic! The staff is all very attentive and welcoming. They make the paperwork easy and checking out a breeze. When I leave a voicemail with a question I always get a call back within 24hrs. Beyond, the amazing customer service I love that my medical needs are listened to and treatment options are solution oriented. Julie Neumann not only listens to me but she does an amazing job at explaining the treatment options and why she chose them in response to my symptoms. It feels amazing to have a medical staff that makes you feel heard and issues addressed. I have been going to Julie Neumann for a torn meniscus. She tried all of the more conservative options such as physical therapy and a knee injection before surgery. When it came time for surgery everything was explained thoroughly with all my questions answered. They made the entire process as pain free as possible. Since surgery Julie Neumann has continued to address my… needs and listen to my experience throughout my recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better doctor. I am grateful to everyone at the Bone and Joint Clinic for their attention to detail along with their caring and supportive attitude. Their actions have offered me a lot of reassurance through a very difficult medical journey. Thank you for all y'all do for your patients! Dr Neumann is an excellent physician who takes a special interest in your issues and explains carefully the diagnosis and treatment options. Her staff reflects her patient care and is very knowledgeable and informative. Every question was answered in depth and in terms you can understand. I highly recommend Dr Neumann for any knee, ankle or foot issues. She's the best in the area and makes the process easy.
