Dr Sosa is not only an amazing surgeon but a leader in the treatment and advancements in the treatment of thyroid cancer. Amazing surgery experience. She's also a very good teacher and communicates well to the patients.

She was very outgoing and personable, was able to explain the diagnosis and treatment precisely and simply so that my daughter (patient) and I could understand. It was a pleasure meeting her and Stacy! We were impressed with her!

Excellent and thorough surgeon. Dr. knows anything and everything about thyroid and thyroid cancer. No scar after 6 months. Great prognosis. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Sosa suspected I might have cancer even though the noodles did not have any showing after the biopsy. She recommended surgery. She was right I did have it and she got to it early. She was great in all areas... What else can you say!

Dr Sosa has impeccable credentials, I expected more from someone who was trained in the manner she is. Seems a bit harried when interacting with us, and in the operating room she seems to lose her cool easily with the staff. Too anxious to cut, better suited for research

If I had to have my parathyroid gland removed again, I would call Dr. Sosa immediately. Professional, caring, meticulous, concerned and etc.. There are doctors and there are physicians - she is a physician.Her staff is wonderful - great follow-up, scheduling ease and professionalism.

She treated my brother who had to have his thyroid out. It was a difficult surgery, had complications but she was fantastic. She made a very difficult surgery seem easy. Do not consider any other surgeon! Yale itself can be overwhelming but it is worth the effort to see her.

Dr. Sosa is very knowledgeable in her field. She take her time to explain everything to you and jokes with you and makes you feel at ease.I can not say enough good thing about her. My entire family feels the same way. She answered all my family's questions and even advised them on they should check on themselves.She is the best.She is very smart and nice.
