Dr. Julio Enrique Montejo, DO

I had very deep stage 4 pressure sore and was advised to get V-Y flap surgery, which would have rendered me useless for three months. That would not have worked out for me, and Dr. Montejo listened to me and put together an alternate healing plan. The wound took over a year to heal, but under his close guidance and supervision it continued to improve until it healed completely. Dr. Montejo always explains things clearly and is willing to discuss everything, including alternative wound treatments. Highly recommended!

Dr. Montejo is a caring physician. He listens to me. Asks the proper questions. He treats me and my husband both with respect. In the three tears that we have been seeing Dr. Montejo, we have been very satisfied with our treatment.

I waited almost two hours to see this doctor. I am a self pay patient and had to beg for ten minutes of his time after two hours. He seemed completely overwhelmed by my symptoms and was constantly using his phone to reference what I was speaking of. I payed almost 200 dollars for absolutely nothing.To top it off, I had called to ask about a cream he had prescribed, the staff told me that they didn't have time because it was Monday & they had to answer phones. Without even knowing my name, the receptionist hung up on me. I called back and I proceeded to tell them that I no longer would bring my business(and waste my money obviously) with an ignorant doctor and a RUDE disrespectful staff. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU TRULY NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION &/OR A PROFESSIONAL. This is a true warning, not an angry patient on some mission.
