Dr. Junith Thompson, MD

On occasion I feel like my primary physician is not really concerned about my health. Dr. Thompson is different. She's always willing to answer all my questions. Some doctors are just courteous. Dr Thompson is nice, friendly and has a pleasant personality. Plus, she knows her stuff. Her office may not be new, but the care she gives is refreshing.

She's the sweetest lady and always cheerful.. She always gives me a hug when I come in for my yearly.. She's easy to talk to about anything and wants to know if you have any concerns and means it.. If I have to call in for any questions her staff is really good in returning my calls..

Dr. Thompson is awesome! She is so sweet, friendly, and sincerely seems to care about and remember each and every patient.

This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Thompson, and I'm very pleased (as before) with her professionalism and manner. Among the most underrated qualities a physician can have is the ability to know when it's time to worry. Dr. T has, on repeated occasions, both reassured me when I was worried unnecessarily and conversely supported me when the situation was more potentially risky. I was referred by a friend, and I now pass that friendly referral on to anyone expecting a baby.

I went to Dr. Thompson throughout my entire pregnancy. She was a referral from a friend, and I am so thankful. I was always excited to go to my appointments, the staff was personable and professional. They always cared about me as a person, not just another patient. Dr. takes her time with her patients, and always takes precautions with things. I absolutely love her, and will never go to anyone else ever again. I always tell her "I don't want anyone else to deliver my babies" :)

This is a back alley DR. NEVER go here. The equipment in the office is from the 1950s and the medical supplies are kept in antique dresses in the room. I was asked to hold my PAP Smear testing tubes while swabbed. Unprofessional can't even begin to describe this action!! I was patronizingly rubbed on the back while completely naked as Dr. Kaza, Dr. Thompson's associate, told me I was fat and I needed to lose weight. Most of all, they would not let my husband come back with me when I asked. This is our second baby and my husband has always gone to every appointment with me. I left there feeling embarresed and stripped of my dignity. I have cried all day and I hope no one ever goes through this. I am a very laid back person and not much upsets me so being so upset about this experience concerns me greatly for other women going here. NEVER NEVER go here!!

Dr. Thompson has delivered my first two children and will deliver my next. She is very kind and caring.

I cannot speak kindly enough of this doctor and her staff. They are very caring. I hate doctor's offices where you are just a number that is not the case there. Dr. Thompson delivered my first child and will be delivering the one on the way as well.

during delivery, she couldnt find my sons heartbeat, used electrodes in his skull in utero. i felt something was wrong and demanded she do a c section. she refused...he was not breathing upon birth. he is now diagnosed with severe to profound mental retardation. 4days after delivery, i ended up in the hospital with a severe infection at that time she told me she didnt think my son was gonna make it after he was born.
