Dr. Justin Paul Coco

Dr. Coco has always been fine but his staff is rude, inexperienced, vindictive, unorganized and generally provided the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor office. Save yourself the trouble and see someone else. There are many more highly rated optometrists in the area!

I was in the hospital and developed an eye condition. I was told it could take several days for an opthamologist to stop by. Dr. Coco showed up the first day, examined my eyes, administered treatment and dashed off to his next call. I was grateful for his immediate attention to my condition. Did he hang around and make small talk? NO, but he arrived when I needed him and was efficient, gentle, competent and professional. I plan to see him for treatment of cataracts.

one of the MOST arrogant Drs. I have ever come across. I am disappointed in Cheyenne Eye Clinic for hiring a Dr like him. I can see where the gentleman at the front desk learned his customer skills from. Very dissatisfied w the care and service I received.
