He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Professional Excellence & Personal Commitment Dr. Page was born in San Francisco, California, but shortly afterward, his military-based family relocated to Middleburg, Florida, where he spent the remainder of his childhood. Dr. Page was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy upon graduation from dental school, and his first duty station was at the Navy’s largest dental clinic in Norfolk, Virginia. He successfully completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and then served as Department Head on the USS New York for two years, including two deployments overseas. Dr. Page concluded his final years in the Navy at the Mayport Branch Dental Clinic, providing comprehensive dental care to service members in all branches of the military. Dr. Page has volunteered in his local community by providing free dental care to underserved populations through the Mission of Mercy projects, Red Cross facilities, and other Free Dental Days.
