Dr. Juvenal Eugenio Martinez, MD

Fui paciente por un año aproximadamente, me atendió la Dr. Yuneisy, excelente profesional y muy atenta , ocupada y preocupada por sus pacientes. El problema allí es el personal de oficina que tratan a los pacientes de manera tosca, poco profesional y brusca, el colmo fue que llamo para solicitar un refill de mis pastilla de la presión y me dice la Sra María que no me Ben la puede dar por que yo no había ido a un appoitment, le explico que la Dra. me envió un estudio de urología y nefrología y que aún faltaban unos 20 días para que estuvieran , que no había ido por esa razón. Me repitió si no iba , no había refill , le pedí hablar con la Dra y no me la pasó, le dije que si esa era la posición de la clínica me tendría que buscar otra que sea capaz de entender los pacientes, me dijo que no hiciera y automáticamente me dio baja de la clínica . La sra María actuó como si fuera una funcionaria del comité central del partido, sin la más mínima idea de que el concepto de atención al… paciente, me perdió a mi, a mi esposa k estaba por empezar y a un amigo del trabajo que yo había llevado. La dirección de la clínica deba de capacitar y entrenar a esas personas que atienden el público. Le diera 5 a Yuneisy, pero a la clínica un 1. De verdad increíble en Estados Unidos esos comportamientos

I've been coming to this practice for years now, I first started seeing Juvenal, then Victor and I have also seen both the NP's that are absolutely wonderful.

this Dr office is very unprofessional. specially the nurse that takes you in, is very rude, they leave you waiting for a very long time. then they get you the register nurse that doesn't even do a physical test. i am very disappointed in their performance. i do not recommend this office.

I've seen both Juvenal and Victor Martinez. Every scheduled visit has run late. One hour in the waiting room and then another in the actual room. When I came out of the room to ask why the delay the office woman said "You have to understand, he is very busy". "We all are I replied. If I showed up to my appt. 2 hours late you would not see me. Why is it ok for me to wait for him" This last time was a deal breaker. I developed 3 lumps on my head and 1 on my neck overnight. Yes, overnight. I called and asked to be 'squeezed' in anytime during the next 10 days. I was told that they were "too busy" and were booked solid for the next month. I begged to see anyone available but the answer was flat out "no". I called back requesting to speak with the doctor over the phone. Neither of the Dr's bothered to call me back. Such a wonderful bedside manner. If you have 2 hours or more to waste and want to sit in the office listening to his stories about Cuba than by all means go… ahead. If you have a serious concern, talk to your cat because these guys are "too busy" and wont bother to return your call.

I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Juvenal and Dr. Victor Martinez. They are both brilliant in diagnosing, and in care Love 'em!
