Very disrespectful. Rude and no people skills at all. Won't go back to see her.

She is very disrespectful. During my visit, she texted back and forth while she examined my eyes. I was speechless. I would never visit her as my eye doctor. Her examination was poor compared to what I had in the past with similar examinations.

Dr. Gupta and her staff are amazing. The wait time can be longer then usual but once you see her she gives you nothing but her attention. She addresses any concerns you have. If she doesn't know the answer right away she will get back to you or her staff with your answer. Dr. Gupta will go the extra mile to avoid any possible risks. It seems she has hired new staffing and I must say, I feel like all my questions/request are being meet now. Thank you Team Gupta! You guys Rock!

Wonderful doctor. Sweet young very intelligent doctor. The wait times are ridiculous at Bascom Palmer and the doctors it seems are overwhelmed at times with the demand, but Dr. Dugar was kind and generous with her time once I finally saw her after waiting three hours. Have already requested a follow up with her and would recommend her highly.

I had surgery at the Palm Beach Gardens Bascom Palmer center by another physician. I was scheduled to see her for a one day post operative visit. I am so glad that she did not do my procedure. The scheduling there is terrible and you have to wait hours every time you go. This time it was over 2 hours and that was because I kept asking how much longer. You can imagine that less than 24 hours after surgery you are still not feeling well. She was abrupt, did not seem to want to answer my questions and just wanted me to go away. I asked several questions and none of them were directly answered. I will not go back and see her again. If she is this lacking in compassion and attention post operatively, I can't imagine how bad it is in the OR. They have some great doctors there. Don't pick this one.
