I felt no care or c oncern for me or my pain and no concern for what I was taking and how long I had been taking it. she took down everything I had tried and then prescribed one of the medications that had caused me the most problem and cut pain medication down without even saying anything to me. she did not give me enough to last til the next appointment which could cause serious medical issues. I can't imagine going to her long term.

There are some very good doctors in St Aug and Jacksonville and Dr Patel is NOT ONE OF THEM. HER PRACTICE STINKS! Wasted 5 months of my life with her and I'm no better off!!!

I’ve been treated by Dr Patel’s office for a for about 16 months and I’ve basically had enough. The office scheduler and Insurance lady is a complete creep and rarely returns calls or show even a hint of care. You actually never know if you will actually see Doctor Patel or one of the Incompetent NP. Frankly, I’ve seen a lot of NP’s over the years and there is no way that all or most of them are certified. The reception and general admin staff treats you like you’re the enemy and a bother vs somebody who is suffering. I personally have called ahead to ensure that I would see Dr Patel and was told absolutely and once I was in the treatment room the NP came and asked for Dr Patel and she said that Dr Patel wasn’t in the office today – Flat Lies.. Further, I’ve gone three months straight without seeing Dr Patel, only seeing the incompetent NP(s), but somehow my narcotic prescriptions are signed by her partner Dr Elena Stanescu. How is this possible? This lady has never seen me,… never touch me, never been in the same room with me and I don’t even know what she looks like! Doesn’t seem right. I’ve had enough of their ridiculously under managed and careless practice.

If you're looking for a doctor who cares, treats you like you matter, has compassion & understanding about the pain that you are in & correctly treats your pain, Save yourself from going to her!!! She is a wolf in sheeps clothing! And her staff were meaner then her!

I haven't seen this doctor for at least 3 years. I always see the PA which changes contently. The PA NEVER listens to what I have to say and diagnosis me based on what he/she thinks is good for me, whether it is or not.

This dr is the best she's always there for you I love her to death when there's a problem she fix it no matter what happens and when your sick she takes care of you too

with all these new laws it is hard to get a pain physician and she was willing to let me transfer my care and now I do not have to drive 90 minutes to Jacksonville.

1.Prescription refill requires dr. visit.2. appoinment are re-scheduled and patient not notified, and charged for no-show or late-show fees.

Saw her for 1 year.It was like seeing a new doctor with each visit, they had no clue in trying to help me to relieve my pain. All she wanted to do was give me injections that would just give me more pain. The staff was horrible and would have no idea what was going on half the time. Would never recommend her to anyone ever.

The wait was outrageous.The meds were wrong.There was response to my questions.Worst medical office I have been to in my life.I was so surprised and so disappointed. Never again.
