I have always had a heart to help others. I have had the opportunity to provide counseling services, mentoring, and life coaching in the community, private, and educational sector. Providing counseling and mentoring to families to improve families’ dynamics in the form of family, couples, individual, and group counseling has been my passion for many years. I strive to help clients overcome circumstances and learn how to be self-sufficient and emotionally stable. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adult populations. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples to address such issues as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, communication, life skills, and various other issues. I feel that change is possible for all who are willing to work on their issues while embarking on a new journey and striving for self-sufficiency and emotional stability. My goal is to help individuals achieve and maintain their highest level of emotional independence while …moving forward and focusing on their future.
