Dr. Deters clearly understood my problem (hernia) and gave me a thorough examination & explanation of options for treatment, risks and benefits of surgery, etc.My son and I were given her undivided attention in answering our questions (and we had many). We both felt like I was the only patient she had as she spent a great deal of time with us. I ultimately decided that the risks of repairing this hernia, at my age, was not my choice at this time. I was assured by Dr. Deters that she was available at any time I wished to see her in the future. She gave me her business card as well.During the entire time with Dr. Deters she was friendly and very personable and was very positive in her discussion of my health issues. I would definitely see her again.
