Dr. Kalista Jean Engelman, MD

I saw Dr Engelman for about a year or a little longer. Her personality is great! She’s always willing to hear you. The only reason I left is because nice could only get me so far. She was a sweetheart, but if I asked about anything outside of drugs.. She was clueless. She didn’t know about diet or vitamins. I’d ask about vitamins and immediately she’d go blank. I personally didn’t want to get educated on what drugs I could take, I wanted to get to a healthier route and she couldn’t help me with that. She also never ordered me xrays or anything, simply bloodwork. My body was visibly going through changes rapidly and the medicine never worked. I got worse, not better. So that’s why I eventually their practice. She wasn’t someone who could help me get better. I would’ve given her more stars because I really did love her, but the lack of information outside of drugs isn’t good.

I had been seeing Dr. Engleman since she took over when Dr. Huston retired. She is rude, and talks down to you. She doesn't look at the whole person, do not recommend her at all, unless you need someone to treat you like a number.
