Biography
I am from a small Midwestern town and a close-knit family. I knew I wanted to be a doctor after volunteering at the local hospital and watching my mother practice internal medicine and pediatrics. I completed all of my medical training in Ohio. I practiced for three years there and, after getting married, moved to Baltimore for one year, where my husband completed his training as a kidney specialist. We chose to settle in beautiful Southern California and welcomed our first child, a girl, on November 26, 2007! She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long.
About my practice
I love seeing children from birth onward. I enjoy watching them reach their milestones and succeed in school, sports, and family life. Parents are a very important part of …their children's development, and I am committed to working with you and your child to address all of your questions and concerns. I am a part of a wonderful team of pediatricians at Kaiser Permanente.
How I thrive
Especially now that I have a new daughter, family time is very important to me. I try to achieve the proper balance between work and personal time. In my spare time, I like to enjoy the outdoors and learn new recipes.
