While he is a nice man and doctor, the staff is horrible. When you go you don’t see him but always a PA. If you call with an issue you are lucky to get a call back in 5 days. They promise if a prescription doesn’t work they will give another, yet when you call they tell you to go to urgent care so you can pay another office visit. You do not get results of tests unless you call 10 times first.

Dr. Tasharofi by far has been one the best physicians, my dad has ever been to. He has brought down his A1C significantly. Dr. Tasharofi took his time to learn about what was really going on with his diabetes, run tests, and then thoroughly explain the new medication. He is always willing to listen to your concerns as well.

CALL THEM ABOUT 15X TO SCHEDULE AN APPT AND NO ONE ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! THEY TRANSFER YOU TO THE EMERGENCY LINE. THEN THE WAIT IN THERE TO SEE HIM IS HORRIFIC EVEN WITH AN APPT. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE. THE DR. IS VERY NICE BUT WHO EVER IS RUNNING HIS PRACTICE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!

No Good, poor service

I met Dr T when he took care of my elderly, cancer ridden father. Most importantly, Dr T is a great doctor with a very competent team of colleagues. He took charge and coordinated all the caregivers. If you have been this ill or have a loved one in this situation, you know the importance of this. Aside from his competence, Dr T is a caring and compassionate man. My wife and I now drive 45 minutes to see him.
