Dr. Kanould Dolcine

The staff is generally rude, but the doctor is excellent. HE REALLY CARES. I honestly had bad impression of him at first when I read the reviews. But after I met him, I would not change him for any other doctors in the world. However, he needs to do something about his staff. They certainly have a serious management issue at this office. They cancelled my mom's appointment twice. But when I finally got to see him, I realized that he has no idea how inefficient and rude the staff is.

They made me an appointment for 8am, even though they open at 830. When i finally got in I was told my appointment was cancelled. Called the office and had a conversation with the lab manager. She was rude and told me to find another doctor. She refused to apologize at all for any inconvenience. Would rather see a witch doctor then go there ever again. Read around for their reviews on this site and others. They are literally the worst and do not care at all about patients.
