Besides liking Dr Beasley and her staff the primary fact is that I had a great surgical result and my recovery is faster that expectations.

Explains everything and always looks at surgery as the last resort which is refreshing for a surgeon. .

I was referred to Dr. Beasley by my pain management provider. She was one of only two surgeons he wanted me to have implant a spinal cord stimulator with the paddle. It was a procedure that I was afraid to have done, but was my last hope. Dr. Beasley was professional and answered my questions thoroughly. She ensured I was a good candidate for the procedure and explained the procedure as well as why she chose the machine she did over other options. I have an overall 90% improvement in lumbar pain and that is truly amazing. She must have worked very hard and been very patient to get the paddle placed so well. I was told not to expect such a good outcome. In fact, I was hoping for 70% at best. The follow-up appointment was with her PA and Christie spent all of the time I needed without acting rushed. Eventually I will need part of this equipment replaced and my back may require another fusion or other procedure and Dr. Beasley will be my surgeon. I wish I'd found her years ago. Dr. Beasley basically saved my life of potential paralysis. She quickly diagnosed my condition, performed immediate surgery. She is not only an excellent professional surgeon, but a sensitive and personal individual. She was a continued comfort to my family during a very stressful time. Dr. Beasley did surgery to install a neurostimulater in plant. Dr Beasley and her staff was very helpful answer questions and with the insurance company. They make you feel welcome and relaxed. I liked her the first appointment we had. She was kind, polite, listened and answered each question. She had an emergency the morning of my DBS and so we started a few minutes late. Her PA, Christina was delightful and was so reassuring, They kept in touch with my nervous husband all during the surgery. Her visits afterwords were just as pleasant. I was intentionally hit by a truck while riding my motorcycle during my college years. I suffered horrible disabling broken bones & headaches for a good part of 10 years , with lengthly complicated diagnosis' . I rember crying entering Dr Beasleys, her PA staff knew right away what was causing my headaches, a badly damaged occipital nerve. I would recommend anyone to Dr Beasley. After I have been told by several doctors I could not be fixed surgically I had giving up hope. I've been in severe pain since 2001 but now just 2 weeks after surgery with Dr Beasley I've had several moments with zero pain there ARE NO WORDS TO THANK HER ENOUGH.
