Dr Friend and her team are wonderful!!!

Always gives me advice on all my concerns. I leave very informed.

I was very satisfied, from my first visit with Dr Friend, and subsequent visits. She listens and explains things in terms that are easy to understand.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I arrived to my 11:30 am appointment at 11:08 only to find that my appointment had already been canceled because I wasn't there at exactly 30 minutes early (a stipulation I was not aware of) . I pleaded with them to still take me as we are a 1 vehicle family who live an hour away and my husband had taken off a whole day of work just so I could do this consult. They told me because I was a new patient I would have needed to arrive at 11am to fill out the (literally 2 pieces of paper) (which would not have taken 30 minutes to fill out). They refused to even give me a chance and told me Dr.Friend herself had cancel the appointment because I didn't arrive exactly 30 minutes ahead of time (again despite no knowledge that I needed to do so, as most appointments request 15-20 min and I was there 22 minutes ahead). Even pleading my case to her nurse (explaining distance and limited access to a vehicle to make this app and she still refused to see me

Dr. Friend has been such a wonderful Dr to me,at a time when I was scared to death, she has gone above and beyond to get me through this tough time. My family was also very impressed with her,answering any questions they had,always available to me and always called back when I needed answers. I will always be grateful to her for decisions to get me through this trying time!
