She couldn't be a better doctor. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a while but she will give you as much time as you need when it is your turn, even if that keeps her at work quite late. I have been very hard to treat and she has not given up no matter how hopeless it seemed and how many meds had failed. I hope she is my doctor for many more years.

She is very efficient. Cares about her patients. She listens. I have had a lot of health problems and she has taken very good care of me.

ALWAYS BEHIND ON ALL APPTS ,BUT IF YOU WOULD BE LATE I BET SHE WOULDNT SEE YOU THEN!!!!!THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM WITH HER AND IS A PILL PUSHER THEN WHEN YOU RUN OUT SHE WON'T GIVE MORE THAN !!!!

She always keeps you waiting,ive waithed up to 3 hrs for my appt. with her then finally left!!Now if i showed up that late would she have still seen me??? MY TIME IS AS IMPORTANT AS HERS!!!!

Dr. Jacobs is by far the best doctor I've ever seen. She is caring, compassionate, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I've been seeing Dr. Jacobs for years for treatment resistant major depression. I've been through lots of different medication combinations and a few hospitalizations. I've always felt very well cared for. Unlike many psychiatrists, she takes the time to ask a lot of questions to be sure that treatment is as effective as possible. Dr. Jacobs is also very cognoscente of medication and treatment expense. She does spend a lot of time with her patients so there is usually a wait but it's impossible to be annoyed with it since it's due to the time she takes with her patients.
