She needs to retire! She is rude! Condem She is cold, rude, condensending and needs to stop practicing medicine!!!

dr shannan was very rude never had a problem with a dr. in my life I am 59yr.knowing my husband and I were from Massachusetts she mailed a letter she no longer wanted us foe a patient. unreal she was very unprofessional.

I have had the worst experiences here! (unfortunately I made the mistake of giving this doctor's office multiple chances) I've visited this doctor at this office 3 times and each time was awful. I waited a MINIMUM of 35 minutes each time even though I had an appointment. The doctor was nice enough but not very helpful. I think the office is way too busy. It's impossible to get someone on the phone who can answer questions. I had someone call with test results who couldn't answer any of the questions I had in regards to them. I called multiple times trying to speak with my doctor. When I finally got through to someone they informed me my doctor had left without returning my call and they attempted to answer my questions but it was obvious they were online trying to find the answers. The doctor wrote my prescription wrong and when I went into the office to get it fixed (forget about calling for prescriptions it takes days for them to call them in, IF they even do it) It took 50… mins for them to give me my new prescription which STILL wasn't right.

I saw her about anxiety and she prescribed very, very strong anti-depressants within two minutes. I felt like she wanted to be done with me as quickly as possible rather than discuss any other options. Her office also managed to lose the record of a vaccine that I needed.

Was very rushed and did not spend any time. She used to be a good doctor, but they have made some changes and now she is seeing too many patients and does not have the time to do a good job. She walked out while I was trying to ask a question.

Excellent doctor. Spends time with me and always listens. She really cares for her patients.
