Dr. Karl Seth Kuwik, MD

Doctor Kuwik has now replaced both of my knees and now my left hip, I trust him with my life. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s the best orthopedic surgeon that I have ever dealt with.

Dr. Kuik has replaced both of my knees in the last 6 years and I have nothing but praise for him, he’s honest fair and he tells you straight forward, in which I like. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Kuwik is professional but his staff is a whole different story. Leann who handles the prior authorizations would not return one of my calls about a gel injection that was covered by my insurance. After 4 phone calls she had the scheduler call me to say my insurance plan didn’t cover any gel injection for my knee. Funny when I called my insurance to see what was going on with the prior authorization they gave me 5 medications they would cover. On top of that there was an administrative hold put on my account which I was never notified about. Total incompetence. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miladore for my shoulder surgery. I will never recommend Youngstown Orthopedic Associates to anyone.

I was very impressed with Dr. Kuwik. He made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. He gave me a shot in my knee and it helped immensely. He explained my xrays to me in a way I could understand them. I would recommend him to someone with knee problems:

Dr Kuwik performed 2 total knee replacement revisions in 2023. My left knee was never correct and needs total replacement again. My right knee is starting to fail. I would not recommend him for any surgeries! LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I only waited about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Kuwik was very friendly and his explanations related to my problem was very detailed and thorough. His interpretation and explanation of my X-rays were easy to follow and understand. I certainly will return to see him if I have problems in the future and would recommend him to family and friends. I was very pleased with the visit.

I have done hair for 40 years. I have suffered with bone on bone right knee pain for 13 years. I had been to Cleveland Clinic and then I heard of Dr. KUWIK and made an appointment to go see him. He robotically replaced my knee , And my life is changed. He is an amazing doctor and cares about people. I recommend him highly
