Dr. Karl G. Stonecipher

My first experience with Dr Stonecipher dates back to 1992 or 3. I was in my early thirties, had worn glasses and/or contacts since the third grade due to near sightedness and my parents offered to pay for my sister and me to have RK as LASIK was new to the US. My surgery (as well as my sister's) was a total success. I was extremely impressed with the doctor as well as everyone and thing associated with my care. Naturally, some years later I went back to Dr Stonecipher after having developed astigmatism in my left eye. He performed a LASIK procedure to correct that. Wouldn't you know, having just recently turned 60 I am quite sure I am developing a cataract on my right eye. I will once again be contacting his office for a consultation on a thorough exam and any necessary procedure(s) to correct my issue(s.) Not only do I have complete confidence in Dr Stonecipher's abilities but he is recognized as one of the top 50 ophthalmologists and have received numerous awards and recognitions.… Simply put, I would not let anyone else touch my eyes!!

Dr. STONECIPHER is the person to go to for lasix surgery. I still cannot believe how beautiful my vision is. The best thing that ever happened to me is deciding to do this procedure.

A+ for patience, A+ for thoroughness, A+ for the amount of time he spent with me, A+ for how welcoming he was of my questions. Dr. Stonecipher is not just the best Lasik or eye doctor I have ever seen, he is truly the best doctor I have ever seen. Him and his staff never made me feel rushed and were the kindest and most professional office I have ever been to.

I saw Dr. Stonecipher last week after I called requesting an appointment due to worsening symptoms. I was fit into the schedule due to a cancellation. Unfortunately, I found that I was rushed along by all the staff including the Doctor. I didn't even get the time to get all my questions answered along with no feedback or plans for follow up instead just being directed to check out to pay my co pay. At this point, one week later, my eyes are even worse and I need to figure out what to do from here in addition to consulting with a Rheumatologist tomorrow.

Was great and made me comfortable the entire time!

Dr. Karl Stonecipher, with almost 100K corrective surgeries under his belt, is very down to earth. He treated me like I was his son. He was open and honest, and explained the pros and cons very clearly. He talked to me throughout the procedure, which was very comforting. 8 hours ago I was almost blind, not i see CRYSTAL CLEAR! Thank you Doctor.

My outcome was excellent, safe, and best service. Other ophthalmologists had checked me and agree.

I had a fantastic experience at TLC with Dr. Stonecipher. The appointments were easy, the surgery was quick, and my recovery was amazing. I am still blown away every day with my new vision. I couldn't have asked for anything more! The staff were all helpful and encouraging, and I would recommend TLC to anyone looking into Lasik.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Stinecipher, Dr. Maranno, and the staff at TLC! They are amazing and I felt so comfortable! I was treated as if I was worthy of as much time as I NEEDED. This practice had everything run so smoothly and I can honestly say I have never been so impressed with a mediacl practice. I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone considering LASIK.
