Best parts of my visit was a feeling of having a careful assessment. My questions were answered, and next steps clarified. I felt the delicate subject of female urology was addressed professionally and with both tact and compassion.

I am a new patient to Overlake and to Dr Jacoby. She was awesome! She listened to my story, explained everything she did during my exam, answered my questions, provided information about the procedure she will do and was just an all around, compassionate, caring Doctor.

Thank you for your help. I did saw a small polyp on the screen and was told is was nothing. I'd rather hear the anomaly named and reassured that it is nothing to worry about.

I felt cut off/rushed in my conversations with her, somehow a lack of compassion I get that there's a need to churn through patients, but it made me leave not exactly feeling heard.

I would highly recommend Doctor Jacoby.

I have never taken the time to rate a doctor, but this experience made it hard to stay silent. She is the worst doctor; apathetic & outdated. Promotes irrelevant treatments that are not covered by insurance, based entirely on assumed diagnostics rather than fact-based or scientifically proven ones. Does not follow basic diagnostic procedures, even in cases where MRIs are clearly warranted. Fails to reassess the consumption of risky medications that actively worsen the condition. Completely disregards proper medical standards. Displays terrible and disrespectful bedside manners, showing no respect for the patient’s personal values or beliefs. A cold-hearted healthcare provider whose last concern appears to be empathizing with the patient or acknowledging the depth of their suffering and the devastating impact on their life. Very long time was wasted under her approach, with no improvement or results. Do not go there. Protect yourself.
