My wife visited Dr. Francois, and doctor Francois came to her hospital after delivery for radiological intervention. She helped save my wifesife in a high risk pregnancy, and explained everything very clearly to my wife and myself about what happened and why.

I could never say enough good things about Dr. Francois and her team. I had a twin pregnancy with complications that we discovered around 19 weeks. I was seeing another MFM doctor at that point who had given us no hope and told us that we would have to wait and see what would happen. We were not given one single option to help the situation. We decided to seek a second opinion and were recommended to Dr. Francois by a friend who had seen her for their twin pregnancy. The office got us in just a few days after we called, and Dr. Francois jumped into action immediately. She monitored my condition closely, adding bed rest and medication. When it became an emergency situation at 22 weeks, she had me in surgery the same day. Dr. Francois is the reason that I have two healthy four month old baby girls right now. We could never thank her enough or recommend her highly enough to make up for what she has done for us.

I consulted with Dr Francois after losing 4 pregnancies with other "high risk" OBs. She analyzed my history and helped me deliver two healthy babies. Her monitoring saved both of their lives. She has met me in the office on weekends for ultrasounds when I was worried, helped me have a successful VBAC despite my high-risk profile, and did it all with a calm and reassuring smile. At one point I was on bed rest in the hospital for a month. She visited every day. She is not only a top-notch doctor, but a very special person.

I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with Dr. Francois. I studied neuroscience in college and stay up with the medical research, and she is the most up-to-date and competent doctor I have ever met. Not only that, but she listens to her patients and makes time for them! After losing two babies with other doctors, I feel indebted to her for life for saving my third child. She also took excellent care of me as various complications arose during the pregnancy that could have been life-threatening if handled by someone with less experience and expertise. Honestly, she is so good that I would consider going to her practice even if I lived over a hundred miles away. I would commute for the appointments and move back for the last 6 weeks before the due date - she is that good. I also love her nurse, Elizabeth, and I was very happy with the quality of care offered by Scottsdale Shea Hospital.

The office seemed more interested in spa services than medicine. During my labor, Dr. Francois was barely present. I ended up with several medical issues, including a very bad scar from cesarean section. Dr Francois was uninterested in my concerns and brushed me off. I would not recommend her to friends or family.

I was referred to Dr Francois while I was hospitalized during my pregnancy. She saved my life. If it weren't for her, my baby would not have known his mother.

Dr Francois is the BEST doctor I have ever known. She is able to guide patients through the bumpy road of high-risk pregnancy with ease. Although she is always upbeat and positive she never hesitates to tell you the truth about what may be going on with your pregnancy. I cannot imagine anyone else delivering my baby after my experience with her. I would 100% recommend her to anyone!!!

Dr Francois is absolutely the best. Professional, compassionate, and thorough every step of the way. She carefully monitored me throughout my triplet pregnancy (my trio turned out to be 35 week take-home babies!) and she ensured my initially resistant uterus got to the proper point of contracting post delivery; Therefore I consider her an angel on earth for giving my body the ability to conceive and carry to term a precious baby boy 2 years later. There's no one I'd trust more than Dr Francois when it comes to bringing babies into the world!

Dr. Francois and her staff are great. She was amazing every step of the way. I would not have a baby with any other dr. in the valley.

Dr. Francois delivered my quadruplets in 2003 and my set of twins in 2006. The delivery itself was perfect, though my quadruplets were born too early and did not survive. However, throughout my pregnancy with my twins - Dr. Francois was phenomonal. She took every precaution, always fit me in for last minute appointments if I felt nervous about something I was feeling and always offered a caring heart and words of encouragement. I wouldn't have anyone else deliver a baby of mine unless it was her! You'll be in good hands.
