The staff is extremely unprofessional and show little to no care for customer service and tailored care. Transferred an immediate family member from a different state to local for after stroke rehab care. The prior rehab center cited follow on appts with three different specialists within one week. However Dr. Naseem indicated he wouldn't schedule them until after her follow up appt with him in one month. I indicated that was not satisfactory as the prev Dr gave explicit instructions. He then indicated he would like to review her records first, so I brought everything I was provided at discharge the following day. There was no follow up in over a week. I called to ask about the status and was met with confusion because the notes said her next appt was in a month. after explaining the situation an unprofessional nurse indicated that I should have signed a release form for them to receive her records. I asked a simple question of why I wasnt told that a week ago and was it contingent on… the patient to follow up with the staff. When the response you get is "well I couldnt tell you why because I am not admin, I am a nurse" and "once you sign the form Dr. Naseem and I will review and get back to you when he returns" (i.e., maybe a week or two) then it is time to find a new provider with a staff that cares and doesnt become unprofessional in tone and language when you ask relevant and pointed questions regarding the level of care. The provider should have due diligence to read the discharge paperwork and follow up accordingly instead of putting an at risk patient on hold for one month. In seeking counsel from her rehab case manager and physician, was told this was unsatisfactory and to find a new provider as her follow on appts are now 2 weeks overdue and there is extreme concern because the follow on appts were supposed to be done within one week post rehab. I am appalled at the lack of care and professionalism from this medical provider and staff. Found a new provider and absolutely DO NOT recommend this facility.

I am a patient of Dr,Naseem for past 10 years. I chose him to be my doctor because he took great care of my mother when she was terminally ill.

I was addicted to opioids for several years thanks to Dr.Naseem who saved my life and got me off them. It was a hard journey but couldn’t have done without his help and encouragement.
