Reviews made me proceed with caution (I do keep in mind it seems easier to vent about the negatives than praise the positives). I’m glad I did. Dr. Billings was great! Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed at all during the visit. She took into account the data available and our personal situation and timeline. She also encouraged me to follow up with any questions I may have. I would recommend her to any family or friend. Putting my review on all platforms so it isn’t missed among the not pleasant ones.

We had a GREAT experience with Dr Billings today. My 2 yo has had recurrent croup for 4 months now and she took the time to explain everything we wanted to know and was sooo good with him, even when he was scared! Would highly recommend Dr Billings!

Our pediatrician sent her children to Dr. Billings and we are grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Billings took all the time needed to explain the procedure and answer all of our questions. We found her and her team to be very professional and caring throughout the process.

Our son has been seeing Dr. Billings for 6 years, and she has completed 3 surgeries on his ears. We have always found her to be kind and competent. She has always answered all of our questions, and she has helped our son immensely. I have no idea where these bad reviews are coming from. We have had a very positive experience.

What most people don’t understand is that personality of a surgeon should be low on a the list of requirements. It about the results of the surgery/procedure. You can tell who the best surgeons are by who the staff at hospitals/surgery centers would send their kids/family to because they know. Dr Billings is the one because I’ve asked. My sons had 5 surgeries with Dr Billings and we’ve been very happy with the results.

She is an excellent excellent doctor please please ingnore all the negative stupid comments that people gave her which I don't understand why ?? I have seen most of the comments are regarding to her attitude with children which I is not right and ture. Her diagnose and her work are flawless. my three years old daughter had combination of three surgeries, omg she went in and out less than 45 mins and this angel changed my dughther's life by treating her breathing. We are sooooooooo thankful that we chose her and I truly appreciate her perfect/ remarkable job. Please do your research about her instead of relaying on these wrong and negative comments. She is one of the best best best doctor I have ever seen this comment came from one picky mom believe me I searched a lot and I got three other appointments with different doctors but after seeing her I canceled every single of them and I am sooo happy that I did that.
